7 Million Robbed By Wife And Son Hostage Of Dairy Operator In GwaliorJune 29, 2020
Within 11 hours in the old cantonment police station area of Gwalior city of Madhya Pradesh, miscreants entered the house and carried out another robbery incident. The miscreants entered the roof of the house under construction of dairy operator Sarnam Singh Yadav at Shivnagar, off the Agra Mumbai National Highway at 2 pm on Thursday-Friday. He took Sarnam’s wife Geeta, son Padam Singh and niece Lalita hostage and beaten them with sticks and looted the jewel jewelry worth five lakh rupees and two and a half lakh rupees in cash.
According to CSP Maharajpura Ravi Bhadauria, 12 suspects have been interrogated after the incident. The house where the robbery took place in Shiv Nagar, on the AB road, is a little far from the township. There is no house nearby. There are only blank plots. This incident was done by racking, as there is only one way out of Shivnagar. People said that there have been four incidents of theft near Motijheel Hill and Shivnagar in a month, yet the police do not come to patrol.
The father had brought two and a half lakh rupees for the construction of the house on Thursday itself. Then they moved to Jaura. We were all sleeping in one room. Hearing the sound at 2 o’clock in the night, I woke up when someone hit the brick on my temple. When I woke up screaming with pain, the miscreants pressed my mouth and tied my hands and feet and beat me with the poles. When mother and Lalita woke up, they also kicked and beat them. As soon as my mother made a noise, a miscreant threatened to shoot me with a katta on my temple. And escaped by firing air. Earlier, the crooks had put ornaments and rupees in the chest.
