MoU of Rs 968 crore Raoghat Project was signed

CGnews: In the presence of Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh Union Minier of Railway and Steel MoU for Rs 968 crore Raoghat Rail Project was signed on Tuesday in New Delhi .

Raoghat Rail Line Project which is awaited from many years has been signed yesterday in the presence of CM of Chhattisgarh. This project of Raoghat Rail line would be about 235 Kms long and its costing whoud be Rs 968 crore.

This project will boost the Baster region of Chhattisgarh and also to supply of Iron ore to Bhilai Steel Plant.

The Chief Miniter Dr Raman Singh has said that State Government would provide government land free of cost.

MoU has been signed with the State Government Chief Secretary Shivraj Singh in between Mr. K P Jena Chairman of Indian Railway Board, Chairman of Steel Authority of India Ltd. (SAIL) S K Rungta and National Mineral Development Corporation Ltd. (NMDC) Chief Rana Som were signed.

During this Railway Ministers Lalu prasad Yadav and R Velu, Union Minister for Steel and Mines Ramvilas Paswan with officers of other concerned departments were also present.

 

 

Union Minister of Railway said that with the completion of Dallirajhara Raoghat-Jagdalpur railway line project, the whole country along with Chhattisgarh will be benefited. Economic development would also be fast and capacity of steel production will also increase. This project would be completed within its sheduled time.

Ramvilas Paswan Minister of Steel and Mines Indian Govt said through this project supply of Iron ore to Bhilai Steel Plant would be continue for a long period and also development of Bastar would be possible.

This project would increase the business of Iron and Steel. In near future Chhattisgarh will be the hub of Iron and Steel Market from all over India.

 
 
 
Ex Minister's son arrested on love affair violence
 

Raipur, CGnews: Son of Chhattisgarh State Ex Minister Renuka Singh, Vice- Chairman of Sarguja Development Authority (SDA) with seven other youths were arrested over clash between few other youths in Devendra Nagar by the police. Though shot was fired with Desi Katta (country made pistol) no major injury was reported in this dramatical and sensational incident happened at rich locality of Capital.

Group of 4-5 youths attack two brothers Arun Singh and Akhil Singh sons of Ganesh Pratap Singh. According to Police Quarter No. 209, Sector 3 Devendra Nagar resident Arun Singh has love affairs with one girl of Sector 5. They had old enmity with Sunny Saluja age about 19 years of Sai Nagar and Abdul Hasim (22) of Moudhapara because of in a habit of teasing Arun’s girl friend. On Tuesday's morning about 8 AM clash between Arun and Sunny with his friend Manish were happened near Balaji School. After that they made complain aginst Arun at the police station. They called their other friends and went for Arun's house in Lucky's (Balwant Singh, Son of Renuka Singh) car.

Sunny and Hasim with their other friends keepout Arun from their house and beating him. Akhil younger brother of Arun tried to escape his brother. Both brother brought the weopen pistol and sword from the house. Then Sunny and Hasim with 3 other friends runaway from their in the car. Arun shot fired by the pistol at the Lucky's car. Without any physical assults, back glass of the car were broken.

Both brother Arun, Akhil and friend Vikas were arrested. Later then Arun put complain against Sunny and his friends accusing them for physical attack. Police had arrested all five youths Sunny, Bharat, Manish, Balwant Singh and Allauddin.
